We understand that life happens, and we always try to be flexible and understanding. If you cancel or reschedule your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, there is no fee. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before, a $50 fee applies.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed on weekends. However, our cleaning services are available every day from 8 AM to 8 PM to fit your schedule.

Welcome to Shinora Home Service LLC. By accessing our website, booking our services, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling a booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Request vs. Confirmation: Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee service. A contract is only formed once you receive an official confirmation from our team.
  • Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking due to availability, safety concerns, or service limitations.

3. Payment and Financial Responsibility

  • Authorization: We collect payment information at the time of booking for authorization purposes.
  • Charging Policy: Your card will be charged only after the service is completed, except in cases where a cancellation fee applies.
  • Non-Payment: You accept full financial responsibility for all services rendered. You agree to cover all legal fees and collection costs incurred by Shinora Home Service LLC in the event of non-payment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change; however, to maintain our schedule and support our staff, we require notice for changes:

  • 12-Hour Notice: You must notify us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 12 hours’ notice, or if our team is unable to access the property (Lock-out), a cancellation fee may be charged to the card on file.

5. Refunds and Disputes

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
  • Resolution: We do not guarantee refunds. However, at our discretion, we may offer a re-cleaning of the affected areas or a partial credit. Failure to notify us within 24 hours voids eligibility for adjustments.

6. Right to Refuse Service & Prohibited Tasks

For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to leave a property or cancel service immediately if we encounter hazardous conditions, biohazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids), aggressive animals, or extreme hoarding.

Our staff will NOT clean:

  • Human or animal excrement/urine.
  • Pet cages or litter boxes.
  • Pest infestations (cockroaches, bed bugs, etc.).
  • Flammable or hazardous industrial chemicals.

7. Access and Key Liability

  • Entry: You are responsible for providing accurate entry instructions.
  • Unsecured Premises: If you request that we leave keys in an unsecured location or leave the property unlocked, Shinora Home Service LLC is not liable for any resulting theft or damage.
  • Lost Keys: If we lose a key provided for long-term access, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide reimbursement for key replacement up to $50.00.

8. Supplies and Special Requests

  • Client-Supplied Products: If you require us to use your specific cleaning supplies or equipment, we are not liable for any property damage, health reactions, or subpar results caused by those products.
  • Instructions: Specific instructions must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the appointment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shinora Home Service LLC, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for:

  • Damage caused by the misuse of client-provided tools or materials.
  • Allergic reactions to standard cleaning products if no prior notification was given.
  • Pre-existing damage (e.g., loose fixtures, fragile surfaces) that breaks during standard cleaning.
